3.) WE are hosting the Open Workout #4 HERE on Sat at 10am. Doors open at 9am. Grilling, beverages, and mayhem starts as soon as I’m supposed to do muscle-ups, because I don’t have one! And I’m doing this WOD anyhow and so should you! Stop your complaining, get over your fears, and get ready to throw 60 burpees down and dig in on some Overhead Squats! Think the workout looks daunting? Well, join the club! None of us signed up for CrossFit because it was easy! So, we got a plan for those who need to scale and we’ve got a determination to make this the most fun Open workout yet! Sign up HERE by 8pm on THURSDAY NIGHT. And remember, the inmates from CrossFit 203 and CrossFit Nor’Easter will be coming, so everybody lock up your dogs and check your wallets!
4.) No Free Intro Class this Sat at 9am. But call us if you want to schedule an intro class some other time! You don’t want to miss out on this fun or these results, trust me!
