We ran a few women’s bootcamps. The women liked it, but you know what they really liked? Getting stronger and joining the co-ed classes.
Yup. So, just come to the morning classes and get “broke in slow” to the CrossFit method. Men, women, whatever — we can handle it.
Tues and Thurs mornings: Classes at 9 and 10am.
