Sometimes things happen so fast, it’s hard enough to get any photos, let alone a clear picture of what happened. Such is Tabata . . . and life.
Take some time this weekend to slow down, unwind, talk to your kids or your dog or your lizard or whoever, and just exist. Breathe. There will be plenty of time next week to kick it into high gear.
Remember, our bodies actually physically grow during rest, not at the time of the motion that prompted the change. Enjoy!
