First off, we were remiss in not posting the photo of the Friday Night Fights winners! So here it is today — Barry and Taylor smashed the competition in a Two-Hands-Overhead-Anyway-Anyhow showdown. Nice work!
In other news, remember that this week starts our new and improved class schedule! Every day — 6/9/12/5/6 (*Fri, no 6pm) so get your butts in here and look finer in your bikini! (You too, Barry.)
Also, every Sat at 9am is our FREE class and this week is no different! For anyone looking to try CrossFit, this is the time to do it!
One other thing — holiday weekend coming up. We WILL be open on the 4th of July at 9am to do “Murph” — so be here! Remember, you can scale it and still participate! We’ll also have an announcement soon on Monday, July 5th hours.

Kirk, unfortunately I will not be defending the title this Friday as the wife and I will be at the Yankee’s game. Unless there is a horrible rain-out we won’t be home for the fights.
