Here’s something you might not know: The 6pm class is most likely to dance.
It’s true. Something about that time of day or the folks who are in the 6pm class, but if there’s one class that’s going to bust a move, it’s the 6pmers.
Becky and Cheryl could both be found the other night, in front of their bars, waiting for the next round to start, dancing in place.
Every class has its own personality, its own vibe, its own rhythm. But the 6pm class might be the only class with rhythm. Go figure.

My flopping around on the ground after the 30 min AMRAP the other day could be considered break dancing in some circles. Also, a dance party might materialize at any point if Jen and Jackson are around. They are a dangerous combo.

I’m in on the dance club & also mikey a dance off sounds inviting…I did in fact feel a “croch” grab coming over me during MJs songs last nite but resisted…too many men in the crowd!!!
