Friday night’s 5pm class is now Friday Night Fights! (We’ve blatantly stolen this concept from CrossFit Fire.) Teams of 2 will compete for the Championship Belt. Entrance fee is 2 canned goods for the Watertown Food Bank. Drop your canned goods in the new donation box in the Club Room.
Saturday’s 9am class is NOT at the gym, due to the C2 Rowing Seminar with Jon Gilson. The 9am class will meet at the Taft track in Watertown. See Jen for details.

Last nights wod was a doozy! Melissa, apart from going HEAVY, just plain ole kills double unders! She is already nailing 30+ no problem. Amazing!
And Pam did awesome last night. Gumption is the correct word! I love it.

Matt – I had a double set of muscle clamps on so maybe I was closer to 136 now that I think about it. I should round my weight up next time.
