The 5pm class tackles “Fight Gone Bad” . . .
We hinted about it before, but here’s the official announcement: We’re giving every member of CrossFit Watertown a gift. You get to pick one lucky friend to receive free Fundamentals from us and a free month of membership. (That’s worth over $200.) Sometime in our lives, somebody else gave us all a gift by telling us about CrossFit and that gift led us here. So now we want to pass it on.
We will be adding additional Fundamentals Sessions for the new folks, as well as adding more trainers to coach classes so that we continue to maintain the low student-to-teacher ratio that helps to make our program as successful as it is.
Get your friend’s name and contact information to Jen by April 5th. Fundamentals start on April 12th. If you have any questions, e-mail Jen.

I’ll let Jen explain, but I believe Fundies will be T/Th 7am 7pm with Sat/Sun as an alternative. Then, upon completion of the two Fundies, your friend can come to regular classes. That’s why we’ll be adding extra trainers to classes – to ensure good coaching for all.

Foundations will be:
Tues and Thursday at 7am and 7pm.
The person will have to pick which ones they will come to. We can’t do class one at 7am and class two at 7pm for one person. Get it?
Sat/Sunday at 1pm.
