CFW Daily

dlinstructionMelissa instructs a recent class on proper deadlift form.

Mikki Martin of CrossFit Kids once said: “I don’t have a room full of equipment. I have a room full of advice. I have a room full of coaches.” And she is spot-flippin’-on.

And that’s the difference between what happens at CrossFit Watertown and what happens up the street at World Gym. Coaching. Increased effort. Results. Functional fitness. Strength you can use. Community. A new family. Changed lives. Enriched lives. Fantastic, full-to-the-brim, fist-shaking, heart-pounding, “I LOVE THIS STUFF!” lives.

We ask — and you, the members of CrossFit Watertown — you come through. You learn, you try, you fail, you try again. You ask questions. You change a stance, a grip, a pull. And then it clicks. Your mind and your body understand what to do and how to do it. And you grow stronger and leaner and faster. And somehow, as your lungs expand, so too does your mind. And life opens itself up to you. It is fuller, richer, more fabulous than ever. You can do what you thought you never could. Fences are gone. Limits are passe. Everything is possible.

Welcome to CrossFit.
