It’s Superbowl Weekend! That means two classes tomorrow on Superbowl Sunday: 9am and 10am.

Enjoy your weekend and, remember, do the right thing and take care of each other! Easy to say, harder to do, but worth it in the end.

    CrossFit Footballers: We’ve got a lot of work to do tomorrow and it’s going to be great!

    You’ll have three attempts to reach your 1 rep max on each of the following lifts:

    Power Clean
    Back Squat (base of traps)
    Bench Press
    Deadlift

    Arrive tomorrow with a plan and a goal:
    What weight will you open with on each lift?
    What’s your target weight for each lift?

    Classes start at 9am and 10am — don’t forget to reserve your spot in ZenPlanner.

    Melissa’s on point for the warmup so you know it’s going to be good!

    jen/pameroid – is it ok if I come to the 10am? if so, got a belt, i forgot to steal mine (the one i use) from cfc. if not, i’d like to come root people on if that’s alright

    Nate…Remind me to show you…hanging KB’s from the bar makes back squatting so much more fun!!

    FYI: Warm up tomorrow starts at 5 after the hour…if you need more time for individual warm up, come a bit earlier…i’ll make sure to be there around 8:30

    Yeah, I’d say Melis is getting pretty bad ass. She only beat everyone by about 2 minutes during that MB Clean/ring dip/pushup/hspu workout. Not bad Melis, not bad. I just wish I had seen you in action!
