And you know who was seen twice at CrossFit Watertown yesterday? Bob. He was in the noon class and then came back at 6pm just to do some light rowing. Nice, Bob.
Remember — everyone is encouraged to come and row this month at any time we’re open, regardless of your membership level. We want to see you in here during class, before class, after class — whatever it takes for you to learn, do, and achieve results, we’re happy to make happen! (If you need some special times on the weekend, talk to Jen and we’ll see what we can make happen this month.)
And for those of you who think the rowing challenge is out of reach, throw that number out of your head. Pick a new one. One you think you can achieve, with a little extra effort. Then write it on the whiteboard. Hold yourself accountable. And do it. Success doesn’t come to those who sit and wait. Get moving — here, and in every aspect of your life. Change what needs to change. Do what needs to be done. Maya Angelou once said: “Life loves to be taken by the lapel and told, ‘I’m with you, kid. Let’s go.’”

1) Hey that’s me! Thanks! So far, in 2ish weeks, I lost 6-7 pounds so far zoning an estimated 66% of the week – the other 34% is still mostly healthy eating, just not necessarily measured out. I gotta say… the Zone is not so bad to do.
2) Light rowing? Bob said he hammered out 7k rowing last night! Hot damn! Go Bob!
3) I do not have Facebook access here at work, but I a little scared of what this whole “diamonds” business is about. If I am interpreting the above statement correctly, you are referring to my, medically speaking, “hang-lows”? And I am hoping some exaggeration took place.
4) Lastly, a few words about last nights WOD: It hurt me. Seriously, I am wasted from it and I am not sure I completely understand why. Good job Melissa and fancy Pam!
