afterwodAfter-WOD: it’s like the after-party, only cooler.

Here we have Jeanine, Bob, Chris, David, and Aspen (the dog) after the nooner on Monday.

It’s one more thing that happens at CrossFit Watertown that probably doesn’t happen at a regular gym. Nice.

In other news, keep Zoning, people! We’ve got a bunch of folks weighing and measuring their food on a Paleo-Zone path and that’s cool. (And they’re reporting RESULTS!) Remember, if you’ve got questions, hit up Jen or Pam. They’re not nutritionists — but neither are most of those folks trying to sell you crap on TV and in the book stores! But Jen and Pam will offer advice and point you in the right direction. Eat healthy, eat right, eat in balanced proportions: 40% carbs, 30% protein, 30% fat at every meal — that’s the Zone. Sounds a lot like moderation in all things, huh? Makes sense when you think about it . . .

    We were just messing around here after the 9am class and K got on the scale and found out she’s lost weight! WHoot!

    At the 9am after party Sophie and Jules set a workout date! Ohhh how cute!

    I thought the same thing when I saw that, but that was all Becky as far as I know. Either that or Mikey is at our house using Becky’s laptop.

    9am crew, just so you know I got naked after you left, locked the door and re-weighed myself..(K you were right about I would weight less after I ummm well you know)I have lost a few pounds which means I have to make sure I’m getting all my blocks everyday. I would like to stay at the weight I’m at right now. I know somedays it’s hard to get all my blocks in, but I gotta get them!!!
    Oh and good thing I locked the door some dude showed up to sell me water! LOL!

    I figured given some “time” the scale would slip back a few lbs lol

    I want a CFW datenight TONIGHT!!!!!!

    Just measured- so un-officially:
    down 14.7 lbs according to Pam’s scale
    hips down 1.9″
    waist down 2.2″
    as of 1:30pm lol

    Now I’m sad I haven’t worked out much — bet those #’s could be waaaay better…So now why is it that I think I look EXACTLY the same????
