CFW Daily

histeve Welcome to Steve, another one of our new members! (He’s married to Keri — and already seeing great results by Zoning, in addition to the workouts.)

A total plan — that’s what you need: food, body, mind. If you let one of those areas go to crap, then you make it so much harder to get the results you want in the other two areas.

Something to think about . . .

In other news, think about Feb 1st — we’re going to do “Power Cindy” on that day, exactly one month after our New Year’s Day PC. Check your log book for how many rounds you got last time, think about what you could have done better, and make a plan for improvement.

    Steve! Keri!

I am happy it is Friday. Question though: Is it normal to feel like I am eating way too much on this whole zone business?

Shameless plug: I recently put the new Crankfire live. It is very exciting for me and about 2.7 other people.

    That is all.

TGIF… Bummer… I’ll have to miss Feb 1st. I’m back to LA for a quick visit. It will be interesting to hear about everyone’s plan of attack at PC and the results. Hopefully, I’ll be able to make it on Sunday and see you guys. Tooner out!

    Welcome Steve!

Lis why does it have to be body, mind and spirit?

Nate, at times I feel like I’ve eaten way to much and other times I am ravenous after a 6 block meal of 9oz deli turkey (1.5oz X 6), 3 – 4 blocks of massive veggies (so huge volume), extra fat. I know results aren’t typical. I’m f’n starving right now but don’t want to eat til 6 because I’m 11 blocks into my 19 block day with a 6 block dinner planned and a 2 block midnight snack (ok, 9:30pm, but it’s midnight somewhere). Today is day 4 of strict paleo/zone and I am going mental. I would like to go 2 weeks clean before I start introducing back a cheat meal (read extra potent potables/libations). I have a tendency to get a bit obsessive about this stuff, but I have thrown myself the 2 week challenge. I totally dropped the ball when we were all weighed and measured and just picked it back up. I am looking forward to the PC to see if the new eating plan will drive some marked improvements.

    Welcome Steve!!!
“Power Cindy” 2/1 might be good timing for me to test myself. Eating right, maintaining a very positive attitude and need to start working out.
