    Yo Zone peeps,
    We did the weight in with Pam and got all the details about our fat/muscle. You’ve read the CFJ’s that I handed out…..but did you zone today? I have been….no drinks till Friday night.
    I’m with everyone else I have a hard time getting the carbs in but I’m dropping a block of carbs and having an extra fat block.
    Who’s in what’s going on?

    I lost 13.5 pounds the week before Christmas when I was zoning strictly. I rebooted today after the holiday binge which only amounted to an addition of about 4 pounds to my ample frame. I just finished my third apple today and an assortment broccoli, squash and salad await me this evening along with some Christmas beef jerky.

    Wow impressive weight loss. I started Paleo full on yesterday. Now I just need work to stop kicking my ass so I can get the fat one into CFW tomorrow.

    Why do beer and wine count as blocks on the zone? Argh! I am good til about 7pm and then all bets are off. Oh well…I am stoked that the rest period is over and I can WOD again. These 2 days have been brutal. I hope to make the 5′er tomorrow.

    Great job Barry!
    I was down 8lbs b4 the holiday.. tried between the 23rd and the 1st but it was really only 50/50… Back hard now.. dunno what my weight is like cause the scale broke (probably not a good sign lmao).. tho 2day at work I felt like I looked less fat in the gut area… so maybe thats good…
