In my experience lifting the person who interviews you is not necessarily a good way to start off - especially if you drop them. Try a handshake first.

I don&#039;t know what elite really is, all I know is that for the past 4 years I&#039;ve been setting physical goals and meeting them and because of that other areas of my life have improved.  The two that I had for this past year were 5 consecutive kipping pull ups and at least 1 pull up from a dead hang.  I got both.  I have my sights for 2010 on:

Unassisted ring dips 2-3 of &#039;em
Bench my body weight
1000 CFT

I&#039;m taking a couple of days off; I need some rest and will see you guys on Tuesday.  I&#039;m sorry I missed the CF Football WOD today, I love the longer Sunday WOD.  Damn you need for rest!

I&#039;m starting the interview circuit tomorrow and I know I need to approach that hiring manager like I&#039;d approach the bar with a new PR weight on it.  &quot;I will lift you.&quot;  &quot;You will not beat me!&quot;  I may drop the weight on an attempt, but if I keep my chest up and remember form and give it my all, I will get it.</description>
