Thanks to everyone who participated in our First Winter WOD fundraiser for the American Cancer Society! It was a blast!
And then we did the Lumberjack 20 for Fort Hood!
We are morons! Very, very tired morons. But two great causes have almost $5,000 to go out and do good things in this world. That’s something to be proud of — and it’s worth all the sore muscles today!
A video of the day is on the Lisbeth Darsh Facebook page and the photos can be found here.
Thanks to Big D. for bringing his Marine recruits to work out too!
What an excellent day for our community. Thanks to Sue, Jen, Pam, Sue’s family and friends (and her awesome mom NormaJean!), and all our trainers and members for pitching in and making things happen.
The writer Rainier Maria Rilke once said: “Everything that makes more of you than you have ever been, even in your best hours, is right.”
CrossFit is right.

Hi John! Thanks for joining us! You’re welcome anytime! (And we promise we won’t make you do the Lumberjack 20 again. Well, at least not for a while.)
