The first two WODS (5K – #1 and Run\sit-up\push-up\squat combo – #2)
are going off at 9:30.
The third WOD (a bit more advanced: clean\wallball\run combo) will go off at 11:00.
The Lumberjack WOD in honor of Fort Hood will go off at 2:00
Lis and Jen are still finalizing the details of the WODs…but that’s kinda the overall idea…
