I&#039;d like to get that muscleup I&#039;m so painfully close to getting.  My MetCon conditioning needs some serious help as I would like get my Fran time sub 10. Handstands have also remained a goat for me ever since my man ass went through a plaster wall in my apartment.  Maybe my new place will have better walls for me to practice on.</description>
