What’s your goal for today? For this week? For the rest of 2009?

Take small bites repeatedly and eventually you’ve swallowed an elephant.

Ring rows turn into one deadhang pull-up. One pull-up turns into 5 kipping pull-ups. 5 eventually become 15.

    My goal is to get my ass to the Dr and to school today.
    This week I need to make a shit ton of $ to make up for not workin last week and with any luck get my ass into CFW.
    2009- I gotta nail my LSAT and my law school apps (Darsh, and anyone else who loves me can feel free to write me a letter of rec for my apps- thankyouverymuch), and if I’m lucky start packin my shit for cali… Perhaps I will work on my box jump fear as well…. lol

    weekly goals:
    run 1-2+ miles every day this week
    put togehter 2 kick ass line ups for our meets this weekend
    not work 15-16 hour days this week like I’ve been doing for the last month
    put together some mini metcons that I can fit into my work day
    get to cfw for at least 1 class this week

    I’d like to get that muscleup I’m so painfully close to getting. My MetCon conditioning needs some serious help as I would like get my Fran time sub 10. Handstands have also remained a goat for me ever since my man ass went through a plaster wall in my apartment. Maybe my new place will have better walls for me to practice on.
