Last night was a good WOD, that left me feeling shitty. I did GHD sit-ups and not Push-ups do to my shoulder. I should have gone with more weight and don&#039;t more GHD&#039;s sit-ups..but I guess we all have those WODs once in a while.

Loved the WOD last night...I&#039;m gunning for those pull-ups, so the heavier the better as far as I&#039;m concerned.  I&#039;m letting the clock go for the sake of weight...  Every day I&#039;m reminded how important the community aspect of CFW is...you cheered me on last night over push-ups like it was the end of the New York Marathon. That&#039;s the thing that makes me push myself.  Its the thing that keeps me coming back: great people who want the same things that I do in fitness.</description>

And to answer last nights trivia question:
