Just for the record, we do not recommend putting iron in your diet this way.
We do recommend getting your butt to class today for Front Squat Fun (oh, Front Squat, how I love thee)
AND
Getting your butt to the Silent Auction tonight at CFW (to benefit the Western CT State University Women’s Swimming and Diving Team)
AND
Getting your butt to Veterans Park tomorrow morning by 8am to run with us in the Rochambeau 5K. Wear your CrossFit Watertown gear and fly the colors, baby! (Cold and wet will only make it more fun! Be a survivor, not a whiner!)
AND
We recommend watching this video of our kick-ass friend Natalie Woolfolk!

I worked out last night with Nate and
Bob and we had a blast. Because of a knee injury Nate subbed 95 lb push press for the wall balls…it was a sight to see! It was also a great moment watching Bob push himself though that last 30 wallballs. Last night, he was the living definition of “I will not be broken!” Way to go. Its always fun working out with “the guys”.

But I would like to note that Sue was not only first post, but that she also took time to tell us a story, give compliments, and motivate us at the same time. A nice trifecta.
Or quadfecta. Although that sounds like something they give you penicillin for.

A preposition is something you should not end a sentence in.
There, I beat you, David.
