Simple truth in life.
In shoes, in beer, in fitness.

My masters degree was definitely not as fun as my Level 1 cert.

Looking good Bob!
Now, there is proof that Jill has snatched before so she doesn’t tell EC lies about how many times she has snatched in her life and compare it to the bench press.

I think Jill has amnesia.
Every time we snatch, she acts like she’s never done it before.
I think she hit her head on the wall too many times doing flip turns.

Just finished carrying about 25 or 30 boxes of trophies and plaques up two flights of stairs by myself (my co-workers are conveniently out of the office today). Just checking to see that carrying boxes up stairs is NOT the WOD today. Otherwise I’ll be there!! Great job to the snatchers last night. Can’t wait for EC’s clinic.

Agreed, Kirk. I’m really looking forward to the clinic myself. Everyone did a great job last night. Bob has come a long way in his first two months here at CFW. Way to go!

Kirk that was the WOD for last Wednesday.
October 14th, 2009 at 1:58 pm
Tonight’s WOD is NOT a clinic though. Every other Wed night is the schedule now. So, next Wed night will be another skill clinic. If you’re interested in learning something in particular next Wed, let us know.

And I just want to add that Bob looks badass here. You go, Bob!
And you should have seen Marie snatching her little heart out in the 5pm class!
Major props to everyone who tries to snatch — it’s not easy, there is much to learn, and you’re going to end up on your ass a few times.
It’s just like life.
