We now have 14 people at CrossFit Watertown with in-depth training in the CrossFit Method. 14 educated sets of eyes among the trainers and the members.
More knowledge is a great thing. That’s why Pamela heads to IN to get CrossFit Football certified this month. And Jen heads to CA to get certified as a CrossFit Kids trainer.
We refuse to stop learning and growing. CrossFit Watertown is committed to providing outstanding CrossFit coaching. Our members are committed to becoming better athletes and better people. The Level 1 Certification isn’t the goal here, it’s the starting point.
In other news, the EC Snatch Clinic on Nov 21st sold out within hours of tickets going on sale yesterday. But there’s good news! If we can fill a second session, she’ll stay and teach some more! CF Football! The WODs are going to be epic the next few weeks. I’m on my way back home today. The Toon Trim Down starts tomorrow now that I got my In-N-Out fix. I looking to my fellow CFW peeps to bust me if you catch me eating junk. In fact I’ll throw down 25 burpees for anyone who catches me with contraband in my hands.

Now that that is taken care of. Extended snatch clinic, that’s great, and it show exactly what Lis said. Our eagerness to learn and grow is so apparent at CFW whether it’s us L1 certified members, new members and, veteran members we all seem to poses that drive. Growing stronger is far more fun than growing older!!!
I for one hope that these types of clinics continue and with great frequency. Good work Lis, Jen and the whole staff.
