    I don’t know where to start with comments on today’s post… Picture of EC, EC coming back to CFW, EC talking about the snatch… it’s great to have you back on the East Coast EC. Yahoo.

    Getting to see Jill all dressed up for a silent auction…. the hits just keep on coming.

    Lis – I almost posted a pick of in-n-out meal last night for you on fb.

    Jill – I think this snatch clinic idea was created just for you or as a result of your conversation with EC at Maggies…. classic. I laughed out loud when I read your comment and a little water came out of my nose :)

    OK, time to tell on myself. I was driving home from the Clean clinic today with Jen at noon and was thinking, “I should give a shout out to Lis and Jen about the programming and see if we can’t add some variety on the one lift days, like today after the clean, some back squats would have been good. I mean, doesn’t Riptoe say you are supposed to squat at every work out?” Then I had another thought, I hit my clean pr by more than 20lbs (now 185, I’m gunning for you Toon) AND my time at the Run A Muck was 38:28. The winning time was just under 26 minutes. I was 77th out of 518 runners/muckers. That puts me in the 70th percentile. Your guys’s programming has increased my GPP and strength and speed and… so I will just shut up and keep my ideas to myself (or blab about them on the blog, so y’all can get a chuckle at my foolishness).
    @ Jen – thanks for class today!

    No worries David! Oh and I think I saw you do a lot of squating on those cleans? I hear what your saying and yes squating is the queen of queens!
    Let me know how your legs feel over the next few days!
    Sweet PR great form!

  13. David K Says:

    Riptoe talks about a low bar back squat, not some girlie squats that are part of a medicine ball clean… :-)

    Oh, yeah, I guess there is a front squat component to the SQUAT clean. Who knew? This is why we need coaches!

  14. K Says:

    I WANT TO SNATCH!!! I’M IN!…
    @TOON—- In-n-out burger??!?!?! Where are you/??? Oreder me a “flying Dutchman”..whoot whoot!!
