Look at the warm-up “Indian Run” during yesterday’s 5pm class. Everybody CrossFits.
We’ve got young and we’ve got not-so-young. We’ve got athletes and we’ve got those learning to be athletes for the first time in their lives — or relearning what got away from them with the years. (That’s okay, that happens too.)
We’ve got women and men and we’ve even got Jen running in her sandals because it wasn’t even her class to coach but she decided to help out anyhow.
If this place isn’t home, I don’t know what is. You all make this place rock every day. Thank you.
(And, just in case she thinks we missed it — yesterday was Kathrine’s birthday. Oh, Kathrine, come out and play, we’ve got some candy for you . . . )

Happy B’day K, CFW is home and family in many ways and you know what the common bond is? Learning! in some way or another. To be better athletes, people, to be fitter and to be better pole dancers too!!!

Good points, Rich! CrossFit has helped my pole dancing in ways I never imagined. In fact, it’s helped me to play the piano better too.

Play the piano? Yeah, well she can’t play the piano but she can dance!
Happy B-day K!

Well, truthfully, I can’t dance either. My two skills in life would be squatting and crafting witty retorts. Thank God that CrossFit values both.
