Sadly, we’ve got a week of good-byes coming up as our students leave for school. We’ll miss Dan (who heads off to get his MBA at Columbia and could lift the world) and Taylor (back in VT for college, but shown here cheering on her dad Rich) who smiled her way through every workout, including “Fran on Crack” . . .
Alex heads out too, but we’ll feature his photography tomorrow, and we’ll just bug Kathrine (who attends locally) to get her butt in here, despite those pesky class and work hours . . .
In the good news dept, the start of the school year means we’ll be starting CrossFit Kids again! Our next session begins on Sept 15th and runs every Tues and Thurs from 4:30 – 5:15 pm for 4 weeks.
