Ray, Rich, and Rockstar — different athletes, different body types, but all about to push jerk. All getting stronger.
CrossFit fits all of us. It’s just you who has to wrap your mind around CrossFit — ’cause it’s not like anything that came before . . .
(Short post today because we were up late last night seeing Springsteen! And he looks like he CrossFits!)

oh, and by the by, Lis’s post from yesterday is the featured post today at CF Boston. I like the “it’s not ok.” And Lis, I’m sure the article you referenced on the A Blog is geared just for trainers, but I think I prefer Glassman’s idea of not listening to your body. I am constantly telling myself to shut the F up (some of you may be thinking why isn’t he saying that now) Hope you guys had fun last night.
Cheers

David.. I did the Filthy Fifty at 3:00 in the heat of the day and it sucked. When I got to the burpees I heard you in my ear saying just do one more.
Also.. I thought the you reserved the F’ yous for when I’m telling you to get your knees higher during the knees to elbows.

I was Greg’s companion on the hellish 3pm FF Death March. David, you were there in spirit ’cause I too kept thinking of your post during the burpees and then would throw myself back down for another one. Thx.

Anytime! Today is a rest day, so it will be cartwheels and donkey kicks with the kids in the back yard.
Oh and Greg, I’m sorry for yelling at you to shut the f up. I usually reserve that for myself, didn’t mean for it to come out loud.
Cheers
