Listen up, as we’ve got a few announcements:
1.) The Sat 8am WOD is changed to 10am, so that we can host Big D’s Marine Recruits for a free workout at 0830. Come early and cheer these kids on!
2.) Chris is head honcho for us in Fight Gone Bad IV. See him for details on how to sign up and get started with collecting donations for Athletes for a Cure and Wounded Warrior. (Open to the local community as well. If you’re reading this and you’re CrossFitting on your own, call us up and we’ll see if we can get you into the workout on Sept 26th.)
3.) Our next Sunday clinic: What should it be? Kettlebells, Rowing, or Olympic Lifting? Vote in Comments.
4.) Tooner needs help moving. If you’ve got a spare hour after the 5pm class, we’re going to help drop move some heavy stuff. He promises libations.

Thanks in advance to everyone who is going to help drop/move our things. I’m thinking about getting pizza if people who help want to stick around after for food and libations. For those of you participating in the lean out… the water is on and I’ll make sure to have some nuts for you to snack on. That way you won’t feel left out.

Anyone who is ready to sign up for Fight Gone Bad IV can do so at fgb4.org. Click the “Register” button on the homepage and then hit “Join An Existing Team” and you’ll find CrossFit Watertown in the list of Connecticut teams. Let’s get out there and raise some money!

I found on link on the fgb site for a widget.. but the link is broken. Chris, is there any such widget code on your end in the admin area?
Oh yeah, found a monitor hidden in my basement for the CFW music nerd box. Gonna try to make it for the 10am tomorrow, not 100% sure, lots of prep work for the hot dog party tomorrow.
