Wow. That is a big turnaround for Barry. Huge.

Now the trick is to do both (heavy lifting and metcon) -- and enjoy both. Hmm.

Barry and I just had a conference as we read the CFW blog together -- we BOTH like Met-cons more than lifting.

He thinks strength bias made him sick of lifting.

I think I am bad at anything that involves heavy weight therefore met-con (especially running ones or ones involving situps) i love.

@N8: I actually wrote this on Friday -- way before the carnage of last night. LOL Jen told me about the board "love notes" this morning . . .

As for an old computer monitor, there is something sitting in my basement that might be what we need? And I LOVE that you have a plan for boomin tunage! Whoo hooo!

Enjoy Sir Paul in Beantown!

Is this post result of the nastigrams we left on the whiteboard? :)

Great post though, you are on a roll!

See y'all tomorrow! Off to Boston to take in some Sir Paul McCartney at Fenway!

Oh yeah - does anyone have an old vga computer monitor they want to part with for the greater good of CFW (read: boomin tunage computer)?

I love metcon. Always have, always will. The groaning that is heard upon walking into the gym and seeing the WOD is just a sigh of relief. I don't know if I can make the 5pm, but I will be there or the 6pm. Hopefully we are not doing any heavy lifting. Cindy would be really fun. ( The cool thing about being one of the larger folk, is that even with metcons, I still get to lift heavy.)
