It’s a nice day so the 5/6pm classes will be outdoors. The WOD is a CrossFit classic, featuring one of my favorite things and one of my least favorite things. Start yer guessin’ . . .
In other news, “Griff” at the Taft track was great! Running backwards requires a lot more coordination than you would imagine, and it will make you want to run forwards more than you ever have in your life! (Although it has been pointed out to us that this photo, if you didn’t know better, looks like a bad accident about to happen.)

Hey Lean out folks, Aug 17th is right in front of us….keep doing what your doing! You can still send me your food logs, even if things are going well it helps to know that someone is looking at what your eating!

Great pic of Chris and Jen running. So I did a mini version of Melissa’s kettle bell hell workout yesterday and I’m having trouble walking today. I can’t come to the gym anyway, so I’m going to enjoy this day off! Enjoy this great weather.
