NO Nooner with Tooner today!  My wife&#039;s water broke this morning while I was coaching the 6 am.  But don&#039;t worry... I still made Janice and Matt finish their front squats and then had them do their Met Con outside so I could lock up :)</description>

		<description>It was fantastic!  Jill swam in less than 15 minutes (amazing), Migs biked at about 32 minutes (so fast) and I ran at about 33 minutes ( a PR for me!)  So fun!  And HOLY CRAP!  Becky rocked the whole thing in a little over 90 minutes.  She&#039;s incredible!  Its all because of CrossFit !  WooHoo!</description>
