Time to Stand on Your Own

CFW Daily

sfSporadic posting will occur over the next week because we’re in CA for the 2009 CrossFit Games.

So, this is the perfect opportunity for everyone to demonstrate independence, tenacity, and the ability to thrive on your own without a daily blog posting.

Or perhaps perform some sort of coup and overpower Nate and gain the password to the kingdom.

Either answer will be graded as correct.

Enjoy your week, get your WODs done, and post to Comments if any of the trainers are mean and hurt your feelings.

OHHHHHH! And GOOD LUCK to Jill, Migs, and Sue as a team in the Pat Griskus Sprint Triathlon tonight! And GOOD LUCK to Becky who’s doing it for the third year in a row! Whoo hoo! Go get ‘em!

No need to post if I am mean, yell, and/or hurt your feelings. That will just be a given if you come to any of the WODs I’m doing. Especially at the 6 a.m. No free rides for the early morning regulars… those slackers.

  3. Eric Says:

    Yes Ma’am!
Good luck in the tri tonight. In the swim, to save energy, find somebody with a good kick and ride it out (think surfing)

Yeah, the last thing I wanted to today was FGB and now I am glad I did it. Strange. Good work Pam, always a pleasure!

Great job by the 5 and 6pm with FGB! We had one FGB virgin, a bunch of sweat and a few PRs. Nice work!

  9. sueloz Says:

It was fantastic! Jill swam in less than 15 minutes (amazing), Migs biked at about 32 minutes (so fast) and I ran at about 33 minutes ( a PR for me!) So fun! And HOLY CRAP! Becky rocked the whole thing in a little over 90 minutes. She’s incredible! Its all because of CrossFit ! WooHoo!

  10. David Says:

Crap, missed FGB again! Oh well, I’m having lots of fun with kettlebells in New Hampshire. I’ll see you guys on Friday (not you Lis or Jen). Congrats to the triathalon team!

    **** SCHEDULE ALERT ****

NO Nooner with Tooner today! My wife’s water broke this morning while I was coaching the 6 am. But don’t worry… I still made Janice and Matt finish their front squats and then had them do their Met Con outside so I could lock up :)
