This is what a person would see as they walked down the hallway outside CrossFit Watertown. And it might not make any sense to them.
It’s just that way. CrossFit doesn’t make sense until you try it.
But once you crack the code, you can see that Sue is box jumping in the middle of the floor. Nate is puttin’ the old Sumo Deadlift High Pull on a kettlebell. And Jen is holding up her hand as a target for Shelly to reach on some kettlebell swings.
The things we see when we step into the frame will amaze us everytime. Do that today. Step into the frame of life. Engage. Live. Really live. Love with all your heart. Laugh until your belly hurts and the tears squeeze out of the corners of your eyes. Be intense. Be over the top. Be “too much” and then be some more. The only limits on your life are the ones you put there. Don’t die one day at a time. Live.
