		<description>Yesterday eating:
 B-fast: scrambled eggs/strip steak 3/3 cups of joe
 Lunch: 3 pieces of  celery with Almond butter in  them and one teaspoon almond butter.
Dinner: Salad with two strawberries cut up a little avocado and some dressing
 5 or 6 pieces of strip steak (Grass fed beef).
Lots of berries! One piece of Dark Chocolate.</description>

		<description>One week in documenting the food/drink intake.  I also have been working to eliminate uncessecary crap.  The first few days were a challenge, but what isn&#039;t.  I should start tweaking to find a balance that will work for me that doesn&#039;t seem like work.
Breakfast:  3 eggs scrambled with 1/2 a red pepper, 1/2 white onion, 2 cloves garlic, 1/2 cupish sliced mushrooms, 1/2 avocado
Lunch: 4 oz salsa turkey, 8 olives, 3 pieces of california roll
Dinner: Rack of ribs, bite of brisket, 1/2 cup not so mayoy coleslaw, 2 oz dark chocolate, 1 cup 2% milk 
Snack:  Small  apple and 2 celery stalks with 2 tbs sunflowerseed butter</description>
