B-fast omlet with turkey meat and some cheese.

Lunch: Can of tuna with roasted Pine nuts and a touch of mustard. 

Dinner: Rib eye steak/ two cubs of dark rib eye steak dipped in Almond butter. Two Jack and cokes with dinner.</description>

		<description>Ok, I missed the food log for yesterday so here&#039;s the past 2 days:  

6/25/2009
Breakfast:  3 hardboiled eggs, 2 handfuls of almonds, 1 pear, 2 medium coffees , 1 liter of water
Lunch:  cup of Thai vegetable soup, seaweed slaw, tuna with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, olives, broccoli, 2 strawberries; 32 oz water
Dinner: 6oz salsa turkey, ~3oz of goat cheese, 8oz cucumber/tomato salad, 2 handfuls of almonds; liter of water


6/24/2009
Breakfast:  boneless skinless tasteless chicken breast, large hand full of almonds &amp; a banana plus cup of starbucks, then another cup of starbucks
Snack - some more almonds
Lunch:  Caesar salad without the crotons, chicken breast grilled in olive oil with a little salsa and baby field greens with oil and vinegar dressing
Snack:  Handful of almonds
Dinner 6 oz Sirloin steak rare with grilled onions and mushrooms all cooked in olive oil; 1/2 avocado and 2 cups of broccoli</description>
