Today&#039;s Food:
Breakfast: 1 med coffee, ~5oz deli turkey,  ~1/2 cup guacamole (really just mashed avocados), 	1 pear, Medium coffee, 1 liter of water
Lunch:  Salad with:  Mixed Greens, Spinach, Mushrooms, Cucumbers, Broccoli, Chicken Breast, Olives, Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, 1 Liter of water
Snack:  Large handful of almonds, Red pepper
Dinner:  Chicken Breast, Avocado, handful of cherry tomatoes, dash of onions, dash of sirachi hot sauce, handful of steamed asparagus stalks</description>
