		<description>Breakfast (I know it was a bad choice, but WTF, I&#039;m only human!  And you know what, a caveman would&#039;ve eaten it.  Not my fault they didn&#039;t have a bagel shop on the corner.)
Everything bagel &amp; Cream cheese
3 Medium Coffees (spread throughout my 3 hr commute)
1 Liter of water
	
Lunch
Salad with:
Mixed greens; spinach; beets; mushrooms; cucumbers; chicken breast; olives; olive oil; balsamic vinegar
1 Liter of water

Dinner
Side salad with oil and vinegar, some cheese, a hardboiled egg, tomato
8 oz rare fillet (cow)
Cup of steamed broccoli and carrots ( know they&#039;re not a preferred veg, but not sweating veggies)
1 liter of water

Worked out at Seacoast Kettlebell tonight.  we did the chief, but used kettlebells for the cleans.  I hope to see you guys Wednesday.</description>
