What is your favorite CrossFit movement? What’s your least favorite? Post to Comments.

In other news, this is just pathetic. Shoot us if we ever get like that.

Wall-ball is the best

    I have to think about my favorite but I know my least favorite… PUSH-UPS! at least for the next 10 days.

    Also for CFW folks that are doing the Push-Up Challenge. Take photos of you doing your push-ups at home, office, yard, side of the road, etc and send them to me. I’ll put together something when it’s over.

    my least favorite is probably a toss up between burpees and thrusters

    my favorite might be squat cleans, but i do love pull-ups to the point where i would rather do burpee pull-ups over burpees

    With that being said, my least favorite exercise is having a few beers and my favorite is not having a few beers.

    I think I like slam football the least. I know it’s not really a movement but I’m afraid I’ll fall down and get a boo-boo. And as Jackie #1 so observantly put it, “I’m afraid that I might accidentally grab a boobie”

    On the other hand I like dodge ball the best. Again, not really a movement but the danger of injury is greatly diminished along with probability of accidentally grabbing boobage.

    If we stick strictly to movements I go with burpees as the least favorite and beer curls as my favorite.

    My least favorite is by far burpees…I don’t think I’m even coordinated enough to do them right….My favorite is anything to do with the barbell…it just’s make me feel like a bad ass when I have control of it….

    @Becky, I don’t know but I think 20# wall balls will be as heavy as it gets tonight!!! But you never know about the sick mind of a CrossFit trainer.

    I am going to try to make it to the 5pm. There are soooo many good ones to choose from…

    Fav = “Grace” 30 Clean and Jerks for time; maybe even “Murph” not that I would want to do Murph every day but when we do it I get that excited/throwup feeling all day long! And CFT is always towards the top (moreso because I like watching everyone else) And Anything that involves a TEAM!

    Least Fav = Wall Ball (I think I would actually rather do Burpees)

    I will be there at 5PM, now that I can actually get in the car. My Triceps may not allow me to drive though. Here’s an interesting article on cleaning up for Summer, but you will have to get it done in Connecticut.

    I am “planning” on being there for the 5pm. Least favorite, not getting off the couch, favorite anything on our WOD board (I can’t help being a suck up) anyway, I know every time I’ve sighed upon seeing the board, at the end of the WOD, I’ve thought to myself, I’m so glad I did that!
    Welcome to the new folks! Also, I’d make sure that you watch the board for where and when Greg will be at CFW. Paparazzi get awfully aggressive trying to catch glimpses of him.

    I like it all… CrossFit is the balls… But if I had to choose… box jump is my least fav… If someone told me that I would be doing the type of workouts that come with this.. I would have laughed in their face… I am on my way to doing 800 push ups in 4 days…. Who knew… Need to get the word out… people do not know what they are missing!!

    I thought that I was the only one that really hated burpees but I guess I’m not alone on that one. My favorite is anything with the barbell and of course wall ball.

    What I like about CFW is Mary, Rich and everyone else blowing by me on the runs and all of the other activities and I know that if I put in the work like they do I can be like them!! That makes me happy!
