In other news, if you’re interested in getting a C2 Log Card, let us know. You just jam that puppy into the C2 monitor and it will record everything about your row, as well as store custom workouts, track total meters rowed, make you scrambled eggs or a mojito, etc. (At $5, it’s a pretty good deal.) If there’s enough interest, we’ll order a box.
SCHEDULE REMINDER: Friday’s night class is at 6pm, not 5pm.
Finally, a show of hands in Comments over who really is going to do the Push-up Challenge starting on the 16th. (If it’s a wash, let’s pick something else.)

No way.. Kirk kicks my ass here till Sunday with ring dips. My hand is up for the C2 log card. My other hand is up for the Push-up Challenge because after we start I might not be able to lift both hands above my head.
Is the push-up challenge the 14 day thing that the life size picture of “The Boss” is partially blocking or is it something else? I guess I should have asked that question before I raised my hand. Oh well, better luck next time.

OK so I stalk the CFW boards and I see that it may I am being called out by Dan & Lis from yesterday. And as it happens I have May 2nd free. So I am in for the Casino trip and will happily do the planning. More info to come

I am in for the pushup challenge – though if history dictates, my body will revolt at some point. That’s a lot of pushups for shizzle.
I will write up a WordPress widget to keep everyone on track, I just need the official rules
Oh yeah, I also have to say that my tukas is chaffed from the last couple days worth of situps.
Oh, and them C2 cards are nothing but trouble.

In other news, the dimensions of the main training room in our new space: 66′x50′ approx. (3300 sf) — but you have to take into account the 6 lolly columns. Anybody want to go crazy on Google Sketch with ideas, feel free! (And Dan, please, if you have time!)

@ Lis, I sent you a sketch awhile ago (before ‘fill fest and after ‘fil fest again) with the general room dimensions – If you could somehow locate the lolly columns for me and identify where the doors / windows are I can update it and we can start playing with different ideas

I’m thinking about how much my arse hurts from the chaffing caused by the situps in that photo. It hurts to sit down today. I also have a strange “rug burn” type deal on my upper back.
