Getting your chin over the bar is important. A lot of us are guilty of just clearing that bar with our chin. So, let’s aim higher, like Darlene here. Every pull-up doesn’t have to be chest-to-bar, but let us at least aim for the a no-doubt-we-made-it-Darlene standard.

Wish I could be there tonight, but we figure we should wait a little longer before bringing Jackson into a bar. And, since Melis loves sushi WAY more than I do, she gets the nod. I’ll be home Kampai-ing by myself while watching UConn destroy my beloved Orangemen.

I’m in for the 5pm with Ray-Ray tonight but sushi is highly questionable because I’m pretty sure Becky and Ray-Ray are not fans. As for me, I prefer the cuisine of “other Asian cultures” that not only allow belching but encourage it or I’m forced to enjoy sushi alone in my fortress of solitude.
What’s the equivalent of regular jump ropes to double-unders? I don’t want to pull a Chris here but it seems like it should be more than x2. Discuss…

Def pulling a Chris there…its only 2, so 50 double unders is 100 singles, but please don’t let us hold you back if you feel 3 or 4 is a better ratio

Apparently I married Chris…
If I am there it will be for the 5pm – I will not be attending sushi eating…not because I don’t like sushi (I tolerate it but prefer cooked meat and meat-like products such as mcdonalds) but because it is a school night and i need to be in bed by 7pm.

I actually wrote the “official CF” sub for double-unders on the board this morning: tuck jumps. But, keep in mind that those with knee or weight issues might find 45 tuck jumps to be a bit stressful joint-wise, so for those folks, i offer the option of 2x singles.

Did the workout – with the tuck jumps. BRUTAL!! I’ll be lucky if I can walk to my car tonight to make it for sushi. These last 3 workouts together have been rough!
