CFW Daily

marybwMary justs grabs the bar and goes. Ever notice that? No complaining, no whining, no crying — Mary truly has a “get ‘er done” attitude.

I do need to be more like Mary.. There was a lot of 4 letter complaining and whining this morning but I don’t think it had an affect on Kirk. He just kept yelling and yelling at me to go faster and do it right. :-)

  5. Greg Says:

Oh yeah.. Sushi AMRAP next Wed at Red Door after WODs if anybody is interested.

  6. Nathan Says:

I must say I am a tad sore today. It feels “good” to be back!

    Speaking of sushi (as discussed):

The chinese pygmy rodeo roll may be the tastiest thing you will ever eat and the immigrant cocktail is delicious. His firecracker sake is even better.

Field trip one of these days if anyone is interested?

I have been with CFW for 1 month now… My first WOD was tabata this… My score was 30… Yesterday morning I did it again and my score was 44…. I can’t say that I am looking forward to that “torture” again anytime soon… but I am looking forward to increasing that total number… This crossfit thing is outrageous…

  16. Jen L *&^% Says:
