		<description>I&#039;ve did the squat at home.  I put the bar a bit lower on the back a la Starting Strength.  It definitely felt different. My numbers were 225/245/245/245/250.  I would have shot for more but, I only have 250lbs.  I do have some dumbells I could have duct taped to the bar, but didn&#039;t think that was safe to get another 5 - 10 lbs.  Also, I&#039;m not really in a place where I can dump a failed attempt, so that is a limiter too--no failed attempts.
I&#039;m sad to miss the Tabata fun tonight.  I&#039;m off to the 4th grad science fair.</description>

I ended up doing 135 / 155 / 165 / 175 / 185 , I probably could of gotten 190 and need to give it a go again once my legs learn not to wobble when i walk...I did try doing a 7 x 3 rep scheme last week and went for 200 on my last set and had to dump it after 2

I&#039;m with Kirk on the back squat suckage, only back squats have been on my suckage list for quiet some time now</description>
