In all fairness she assumed about 3&#039; per lunge x17 = 51&#039; , so.........i think that means your walking lunges are about 5&#039;, either way this would be a real fun one to try outside when the weather is nicer</description>

Lis - I&#039;ve been thinking about this since I go to practice this morning &amp; looked out our pool which is 25 yards (75 feet).  For me to go a pool length of walking lunges, I do 15 lunges...

The 17 was ok, I don&#039;t mind it (other than its not teh same # of each leg, each round!) but I&#039;m wondering of our calculations were correct!!!</description>
