Great video and good job to all of you who did that WOD.It looked like a rough one. Rich is on the road to recovery and looking forward to this weeks WOD’S. Me too!! Loving the deadlifts Chris but you know what I say about burpees.

WOW!! You all look like animals. This is the most disapointed I’v ever been with myself at CF and my life. I sure hope this WOD comes around again soon.
