LOL -- Larry! Ask Rich about teeth! And then ask Sue to spot your bench press . . . (Sorry, Sue! But her new motto is "No more chipped teeth on my watch!")

@ Chris - The WOD this morning is awesome. I loved it once I figured out how the rack the stupid bar vs letting my wrists hold up all the weight by themselves in an awkward position. Doh!

Lis has a nice Mini-MetCon for after the front squats. It's a great one paired with the WOD. I don't want to spoil the fun for you guys. So, ya'll will just have to wait until you show up tonight to find out about it. I might show up at 5 tonight just to do some skill work. Plus I miss all you guys :-)

For the record, the Power Barn invented the numbers in plate loading technique. It improves air flow, and makes 500# deadlifts come up soooo much easier! We have been known to put a little more weight on one side of the bar than the other, just to try and screw people up ... btw, teeth are highly overrated.

Yesterday was definitely insanely hard. I was on the verge of tears by round 4 of push jerk. Thanks to Mary, Melissa, Ben, and everyone else at the 5pm for their encouragement.

And "'nother" Greg - awesome job with the main sight WOD. You guys should have seen him!

@ Tracey - Cross loading is something I like to do to Sue - put extra weight on one side of the bar. I especially like to do it when she is going for a PR. Now she knows better than to let me load plates. Come to think of it, no one lets me load their plates without supervision...

Ah, but your plates are your own responsibility.

Otherwise you end up cross-loaded and can't figure out why things feel funny -- right, Becky and Sue?
