   Lis – Job well done.

   When looking in the background during the video, I think we’ve gotta work on the distribution of holding Jackson during future CFTs. We want to make sure he doesn’t zap all of Melissa and Kirk’s energy.

   Love the video!!! Too bad there was no deadlift footage…

   Also watching the backsquats was cool – I never realized how close to not getting it i was…it always feels like you are so low

    Lis, Sue said that only crossfit total adjudicated by CFW may be put on the board is that true? I have photo’s to prove that I was at CF Balboa doing the total on or about 12/26/2008.
    Can’t wait to see the whole band back together on Saturday!
