Just a wee bit of snow yesterday. But that didn’t stop David and Sue from making it in this morning for the BEST workout EVER.
Too bad the rest of you missed it. Oh well, we know who’s really dedicated . . .
In other news, it’s wintertime which means the Shoe Policy is back in effect. Please carry your sneakers into CF Watertown. (That way, we keep the mats cleaner for everyone.) Rowing will be the substitute for running on most WODs between here and spring.
