Monday’s 6pm class in CANCELED due to Kirk having to attend a funeral out of state. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Substitute WOD: Run 5K.

Oh, the things we’ve learned at the Kids Cert! We’re on a plane all day Monday but much fun is coming on Tuesday . . .

    I’ve officially given up on the burpee challenge thing…there is no way I can continue do burpees every single day, I made it to day 57 and think I might try completeting it but only counting days that I do a WOD instead of everyday

    I am so out of running shape, the 1.5 miles I did was horri le. Becky, our track extraordinaire, can you give me some running help?? I need a plan to get back into running w/o hurting myself.

    @Chris – I’m not dropping out…I’m streching it out, trying to make up 200+ burpees everytime the weekend comes & goes is killing my ankles and wrists, so each day I do a WOD im counting one burpee day…so I’m at day 59, and if I take a couple days off for some reason then I’m still at day 59 until I complete it. My joints are rejoicing
