Blog updates might be a bit less frequent this week as we take a little vacation, but then, after yesterday’s deluge of Comments (61!) we probably all need to remember that we have lives outside of CrossFit! (Or, we like to think we do. Hey, who let that man and children into my house? I better go introduce myself!)
