CFW Daily, Videos

Tire Juice. It’s the rainwater that collects inside the tire and then comes out when you flip it. Even nastier than Ketchup Juice. And here we can see Jenny and Becky leaving a trail of tire juice across the parking lot. Ewww. We probably should drill some holes in the tire and eliminate the TJ problem. But maybe it just wouldn’t be as much fun . . .

In other news, we decided not to live a life of violent crime after all, even though the New York Times says our fitness level predisposes us to it. (See yesterday’s blog post for more info.) Becky summed it up best when she said, “I’m too tired to be violent.”

And, another “munchkin-sized” video interview of CrossFit Loves and Hates:

When workouts like Fran get me down, I reach for a nice, cold bottle of CrossFit Tire Juice™! All natural and straight from the tire, CrossFit Tire Juice™ provides me with the energy boost needed to do 200 burpees! Thanks, CrossFit Tire Juice™!!!!!

  6. Nathan Says:

I ride bikes! Want to ride? Just let me know and I can accommodate. I even have both kinds: country AND western (name the movie and you get something), I mean road and mountain. I give fine tours?

  7. Lisbeth Says:
