Here’s the funny thing about CrossFit: when you look at photos like this, barbells and such, it looks so tough and sometimes you think, “There’s no way I could do that!”
What you don’t realize is that everyone starts with no weight at all. In CrossFit, everyone learns first on lightweight PVC pipe, just like Jackie is doing with the Snatch here. 
Then, we progress to the 15lb Training Bar, then add some wooden bumpers, then onto the black rubber bumpers; all at a pace tailored to each individual’s capabilities, needs, and wants. So, you can have it your way. It’s just like Burger King, but without all the crap that can kill ya. Instead, you get to live longer and stronger and better.
And here’s something totally unrelated to CrossFit or lifting or health, but it’s just funny. How about trying on 100 lbs of t-shirts?
